He launched his career in the U.S. Marine Corps, leading recruitment operations throughout Central, Southern, and Eastern Oregon. Following his service, he worked in Congress with Rep. Beth Van Duyne before joining Deloitte, where he supported executives and guided diverse projects.
Most recently, Josh worked in Finance at DSV, a global logistics provider, managing cross-border projects and international operations. With extensive international experience and a strong network across top firms, he brings a rare combination of discipline, strategic insight, and executional excellence to every engagement.
