Joshua is the Founder and Principal Project Lead at PWG, with a proven record of driving complex initiatives across the military, government, and global business sectors.
He launched his career in the U.S. Marine Corps, leading recruitment operations throughout Central, Southern, and Eastern Oregon. Following his service, Joshua interned under Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne in Texas’ 24th Congressional District before joining Deloitte, where he supported executives and guided diverse projects.
Most recently, Joshua worked in Finance at DSV, a global logistics provider, managing cross-border projects and international operations. With extensive international experience and a strong network across top firms, he brings a rare combination of discipline, strategic insight, and executional excellence to every engagement.

Caleb is an HR & Safety Leader with experience across the military, construction, and consulting sectors.
He served 15 years in the U.S. Marine Corps in senior leadership roles, including Recruiting Sub‑Station Commander for Central, Eastern, and Southern Oregon and Ordnance Officer for 3d Battalion, 12th Marines.
After his service, he led multi‑state HR and safety programs—managing compliance, investigations, and workforce development—and founded Paramount Consulting LLC to provide strategic HR and compliance support. He currently serves as HR & Safety Manager at Icon Construction & Development, bringing disciplined, people‑centered leadership to operational and regulatory challenges.
